Looks mean, but nice at the same time

I can't explain it. When I first saw him he just looked like a douche. But I looked at him for longer than a second and he started to look like he might be nice. Whenever he pops up in movies I always go through the same thought process.

Yeah he looks like a douche at first...and might say a douchy thing or two, but then he's all like "I look like a douche but I'm really quite nice" then you don't think he's a douche anymore!
