I can't believe they are doing away with them. I have loved coming here to discuss entertainment for a decade now! This is very sad.

There is a new community forming that has regular message boards for fans. The link/details are over on the CHRIS EVANS message board under one of the threads/topics about the IMDB message boards closing. Yes, it is technically a Chris Evans fansite, but they've made message boards for non-Chris Evans topics, to try to keep the IMDB peeps able to continue communications and sharing. They also have private massaging capabilites.
