Yes Britney Spears financed her little sisters career. Got her the connections to get her, her own show as a young teen and gave her a lavish lifestyle. We know, okay we all know that Britney Spears was very generous to her younger sibling. Many think due to this generosity Jamie Lynn at least owed it to her older sister to never reveal details about the **known** mental illness and the chaos behind the scenes. Especially not in form of a ''tell all'' book.

But I say, why not? she has a right to tell her story and she shouldn't have a muzzle over her mouth concerning what's wrong with her sister. People don't end up in a conservatorship for no reason. I'm not saying her family wasn't trying to get control of her money by doing this, because from what it seemed like her father was taking advantage of the situation. But there was an underlying significant mental illness for this to even be put in place. The ''Free Britney movement'' likely never had a severely mentally ill family member because as someone who has had one I will tell you it's a roller coaster ride.
