Who's the better actress?Jennifer Lawrence
Who has the potential to be a big star?They both do and really Jennifer has already hit her peak. I feel Jennifer deserves it more because she has had to work her way up. Juno's dad has given her a lot of help and she was born with a zillion connections.

Should you look before you leap? Not if you want to make the leap.

Oh, c'mon. How many Hollywood connections does a Brit (Julian Temple) who directed a couple Sex Pistols films 20 or 30 years back really have?

I think Lawrence is a slightly better actress, but they're both very talented.

Lawrence is a ALREADY a big star. The only question is it a peak or a plateau? Angelina Jolie, for instance, is still a big star even though she hasn't done anything since she was Lawrence's age (aside from marry Brad Pitt and have about 30 children). I could see Lawrence being a star like that. And I could see Temple being more of a "cult" actress.

There's no objective criteria for judging which one is "hotter". They could both induce boners at 50 yards--leave it at that.

I can't see that it is necessary to make a choice - both are first rate actresses, both are hot as a very hot thing.
