It´s a Russian name so I'd guess that it isn't silent.

i thought it was a different spelling of Xenia, and thus the k WOULD be silent.

nope...it's pronounced Ks-ehn-ee-ah, but say it faster..lol i have heard that name be pronounced a lot, not her name, but the name Ksenia. Quite a few Russian gymnasts i have seen have that name.

No its not. One of my little girls is called Ksenia and it is pronounced ke-sen-ya. Well at least that is how we pronounce my daughters name, but I am assuming it will be the same.
