Don't get me wrong I love Ksenia and think she's a great actress, but when I saw a few episodes of Renegadepress.com her nose looked bigger and looks smaller in Lost Girl. Did she get a nose job? I can't find anything about it and I can't be the only person who thinks so. I don't care if she did but it's bothering me not knowing!

I don't think she had a nose job. Why would she? Having seen many of the TV movies and guest spots she did before she signed on as Kenzi on Lost Girl, I conclude that her face matured along with the rest of her.
On renegadepress.com, Zoey Jones' nose was a little upturned compared to Kenzi's, but Ksenia was a teen when she played Zoey, and she was 21 when she signed on with Lost Girl. Her profile changed a bit with age, that's all. If anything, he nose is slightly bigger (longer actually) in Lost Girl than in her earlier work. Teen Ksenia had a bit of an upturned nose, but Kenzi doesn't. Her nose grew a bit, and sort of leveled off, if ya get my meanin'.
Check this out. She was 12 years old when this was taken. Compare to any pic of her in Renegade (or any of her other teen roles) or on Lost Girl... there's no significant difference:
