Movie title?

I have a question about a movie where Grace Zabriskie starred in. And i'm wondering if someone know the name of the movie.
So when i was a little kid I once saw some kind of christmas movie about a young girl. this girl went on christmas evening outside her house to play with the snow. but after a while she crashed while playing and got into some kind of coma.
she dreamed about a world of children toys and candy factories. and everything seemed nice and happy. the people were always singing and laughing.
but somewhere over a hill, there was a big black bowling ball and a mighty lord and his two guards were living there and 'happy' people were afraid of them.
After a while the lord got very dangerous for the other people and with the help of the girl they managed it to destroy the evil lord.
by the end of the movie the girl woke up out of her dream and she lived very happily ever after.
I think I saw the movie in the eigtees or ninetees.
can anyone help me, please

The title ist "Babes in Toyland". I thought Grace Zabriskie was in it, playing a character who lives in a huge shoe with a lot of children. But it was Eileen Brennan.
