shareYES! I saw her on Big Love and I could have sworn it was Ellen Burstyn. Then I checked Ms. Burstyn's page here and realized my mistake. The resemblence is definitely uncanny. Primarily it's the voice, no?

I raved on and on while watching the first episode of Big Love about how much I loved Ellen Burstyn, how good she was in "Requiem for a Dream", etc. and 8 episodes later I still thought it was her until I happened to be browsing through the Big Love IMDB entry and realized my mistake. They look and sound alike from where I'm sitting!
I don't see it at all. Both women are lovely, but Zabriskie looks like she's probably half Burstyn's size.
