'Australian Actor'

Someone lecture me here, many sources state Worthington is an "Australian Actor" regardless of the fact he was born in Surrey, England. He moved to Australia when he was a child. Wouldn't that still make him a British actor?

Christian Bale was born in Wales, England and sources state he is an "English Actor", even though Bale resided in the United States and Portugal for some of his life.

Worthington considers himself Australian. Does that help?

Will Graham: ‘I don’t find you that interesting.’
Hannibal Lecter: ‘You will.’

Perhaps Mr. Worthington think us Brits are too wimpy. Still that doesn't change the fact that he is technically British even with an Aussie dialect.

you know that Wales isn't in England don't you?

reply

It doesn't matter where you were born. Christian Bale is genetically an Englishman. Sam Worthington is genetically an Englishman. Sources state Sam Worthington is British-Australian as has spent the vast majority of his life in Australia and the vast majority of Australians are in fact Englishman living on Australian soil so in fact he could be considered both.

reply

Oh god! They can have him, you see regardless of where he is from, he is not an actor.

reply

They are both technically the Human Race.
