I used to really like Sherilyn Fenn and Kelly Preston. Fenn didn't age that well, who does?? But back in the day, she was quite the looker. Preston maintained her looks for many years until she passed away....

Hell yes there are. Evan Rachel Wood isn't ugly, but she isn't top-tier beautiful either. She has a very masculine jawline and very prominent and unfeminine chin. (pic belows for example of this)
