Ms Williams gives an astute performance as the ferociously scary wife of the fictional prime minister (Brosnan).

Williams was also recently in An Education and Joe Wright has just cast her in his new film Hanna, opposite Saoirse Ronan, Cate Blanchett and Eric Bana.

Olivia Williams, Saoirse Ronan AND Cate Blanchett? Three of my favourite actresses together in the same film? So very excited, even if I don't know what this film, Hanna, is about.
