One is a "candid" moment the other is from a photoshoot in which things like professional make up artists, photographers, and lighting technicians come together and make a person look absolutely beautiful, and afterwards they upload those pictures to photoshop and erase any other imperfections.
Posting two different pictures from two completely different circumstances is pretty unfair.
She's absolutely stunning, but cursed with that thin, Northern European skin that ages before it should. So if she's had a bit of restorative work done, good for her. After all, her face is her livelihood, to some extent.

Gosh, look at the two pictures and ask yourself about the lighting. Any basic photography class would reveal that's all it is. Lighting and makeup. That's all it is.
