No one truly affiliated with the movement have ever said otherwise. What they are trying to get people to understand is Black Lives Matter too. We deserve the same respect and treatment other people are afforded in this country.

I will admit to not actually reading the screen name until after I responded. It's sad that anyone would deliberately change the name of their account to something like that.

While not ALL BLM protests are bad. You are aware that several cops were just murdered at one in Dallas right? I have a friend in Minnesota that I talk to very rarely. Some time ago she told me that she was taking her normal subway to work and a few dozen BLM supporters. Were standing in front of the train with signs chanting pro black non sense. Sounds more like a terrorist or saboteur movement to me. Good thing the train didn't run them over or we would have had more riots with black people trashing their own neighborhoods.

The murder of any police officer bothers me. My father is retired police, but that doesn't absolve the police department of their part in this mess. They good cops should stop covering for the 3-5% that are not. That's the only way things will start to change.
