This is the biggest issue with these claims. They do not actually have to give any specifics, a vague accusation is all that is required.
Ray Fischer still hasn't said what happened to him. When asked he just keeps repeating "muh racism"
Hollywood is a seedy place filled with liars, cheats and backstabbers. They will happily eat their own if it got them up another rung of power.
That's why I and I guess many other people remain skeptical about these kinds of accusations. If you want me to believe what you say you need to tell me what happened, not just allude to it.

shareTo be honest, I've never even looked to see what the exact meaning of microaggression is. I've just been heard it thrown around a lot recently and it seems like one of those expressions that I like to mock because it just sounds silly when people say it in seriousness.

The way I see it if the aggression is micro then so are the consequences of it.
How can that be when actors are still suffering decades later from PTSD related to these microaggressions? Who's going to pay for their therapy? You just don't recover mentally from people yelling or frowning at you without professional help.
