In Salem and Nikita his characters are so boring, i mean he doesn't have charisma enough.
Michael in Nikita could be a fan favorite, but his performance was so weak.
He done a good job in A Walk to remember though, but still no enough charisma.

Agreed. He doesn't really bring anything to the table in Salem. His character seemed to be introduced as a main character. In season 2 he's basically a useless cog in a much larger machine. The show would be better without him.

First season his fabio look didn't work for me.
Second season his appearance was slightly better, but still his performance was outshined by other male characters.
I wouldn't say he's a poor actor though...just passable.
