My friends have been married for 8 years and they are having their first child soon. Sometimes it happens like that. My cousin has been married for more than 15 years, and she and her husband have no kids, and I don't think she wants any either. Some couples have a mutual agreement, and some couples may have fertility issues. There could be a number of reasons, but I don't think its a big deal. It is nice to see people think these things through instead of having kids just to say they can or doing it because everyone expects it. Just my two cents LOL

Hi my parents were married 7 years and 1 month b efore I came my mom said that they tried for 5 years and I was not coming or did not want to come yet and my parents even went to an adoption class at the library and my parents said well let's try this again a few more times and see what happens and my mom even said if she can't have children she can't have children (my dad can because he had my older brother with his ex-wife) and then again my mom said if i can't have children I can't and then my mom said if I can have children it will happen on his own and it did I camw 7 years later. And my neighbor who I dog sit for when they go away they have no children and been married now for 20 years and they are still in their late 30s early 40s and I do not think they want children bu that's ok.

My neighbor her daughter tried and tried and tried to have a baby and then she realzied that she probably could not have children then she gave up and then all of a sudden she ended up finding out that she was going to have a baby then my same neighbors son and his wife did not want children but they ended up having a baby 2 years ago and they now love the baby and love being parents to their baby boy Robert.

Why do you care whether they have children or not? Not everyone wants to have children.

I don't think they are together anymore. There are a lot of rumors going on that they are seperated and Tom has been seen partying a lot lately and flirting with many girls.

He was busy with smallville for ten years and maybe didnt want to raise a family while working on the show. Im not sure hes with his wife anymore. Tom is only 36,its not like hes an old man yet,lots of celebs have kids at 40-50. Imo the youngest anybody should want kids is 28 or til they are ready to devote themselves to kids.

I think Tom is an awesome actor and if he was love that is cool and all,but i would never want to get married at age 24 or 25 or have kids,I honestly don' t want a wife or kids til i am about tom's age(36) or maybe even my 40s.(i am 21 now)Getting married is already a huge commitment and once you kids wow.
