He's getting some work, glad to see him on the silver screen soon

I'm glad too. I hope they do well enough so he can start making more films.

This isn't just "getting some work" - these are second billings in what looks like serious movies starring serious talent. This is premeditated. He took a couple years off to let Smallville fade out of people's memories a little, and now he's very intelligently re-entering the business from a whole different angle.

I don't think too highly of his acting skills, but the man is smart. It actually wouldn't surprise me if he's found a way to improve his acting during his absence, haha (Let's face it, Smallville wasn't exactly conducive to developing one's acting chops). Whatever the case, I'll enjoy looking at his ridiculously beautiful face again.

I just watched Parkland and honestly he did great. I didn't quite recognize him at first.

He was great in parkland, if I hadn't known he was ganna be in it I don't think I would have recognized him without the long hair! Normally I prefer short hair on guys but he's one I think looks better with long hair, he's still gorgeous though! :)
