Has anybody heard any rumors about possible casting news for Tom Welling? I read he was focusing on movies, but was wondering if there are any projects or roles.he is auditioning for or specific movies he may be in the running for. Hope we hear something soon.

shareThat's sad....because he would be great in action flicks. I'm so sick of seeing Channing Tatum (I don't find him attractive or talented). Would love if they started to groom him to be the new Tom Cruise. He would be great in the kind of movies that Cruise does. We could use some younger blood. Cruise isn't going to live forever.
shareTom's pretty athletic so ya i'm sure he could do action movies. Truthfully i wouldn't even care if he could act or not i just like to look at him! lol!
shareI'd love to see him taker on a bad guy role. He was so great on episodes when Clark went evil on Smallville. just don't want him to disappear; he's too photogenic to just drift into oblivion.
shareI have to agree with you! He is way too talented and good looking to disappear for forever. He would be great in a lot of these action movies being made. Cruise is just too old to keep playing these parts. I think the thing hurting him is his desire for privacy. Not a big enough name to draw the big audience. He just needs a big hit at the box office and roles will probably be coming his way constantly. I hope it happens soon. Playing a bad guy would certainly change his image and possibly open up more roles for him. Fingers crossed that it happens soon!
