... have breast implants? I just watched the 1978 Dr. Strange TV film, and noticed she had a rather ... pronounced cleavage there. Obviously, I was wondering whether they were natural or not.

Having seen the bulk of her work (and also comparing a bunch of photos), my gut feeling is still no. After going back and re-watching this, I can see why you'd think so, though. My feeling is that she had an excellent costumer on this, as it's only so pronounced in the scenes with the low-cut costume and not the others.
