Furious 7, the last scene he filmed was on the furious 7 set

I assume that you're asking what film that Paul Walker filmed was never released theatrically.

As far as I know all of them have been.
But if you look at Box0fficemojo, there are two listed that may not have been released theatrically. Noel and The Death and Life of Bobby Z.

Both on this are out. Bobby Z is on youtube. Noel can be bought on Amazon.

But yes, the last scenes he ever filmed were for F&F 7.
