It's done man. They had their chance with the sequels which were successful but not critically. Most of their movies since have been duds. No studio would back them for yet another giant budget flop. I understand going back to your roots but I just don't think they can convincingly de-age the lead cast 17 yrs. whatever magic they had is now gone, but I would love for them to prove me wrong.
