shareI could care less about Matt or what he has done in his past. I am pretty sure he is not the first person in congress to pay for sex. Pam Bondi has been nominated and its been crickets since then.

@JoWilli......My concern with Trump's pick of Matt Gaetz is that Trump made a very poor decision. To think Gaetz could be AG if Trump had his way is very concerning to me. Trump has just enough smarts to pull his pants us in the morning, let alone run the country and be the leader of the free world.

Even if one makes the argument that Matt Gaetz was a Trojan horse for a different candidate, it shows poor judgement on his part. Considering the controversy surrounding Gaetz. Especially when the House report confirms what every sane person already knew about Matt Gaetz.
It was a smear political hit job.
He was already cleared by the Biden DOJ, if they had any actual evidence, he would be rotting in prison.
Anyone can make allegations. They did the same against Trump with all the bogus charges/indictments.
@tvfan.....The congressional ethics report has been released. Why did Gaetz do everything in his power for this report to NOT be released? Can you figure this out? I can. Keep you head buried in the sand. Trump's pick for AG was abysmal and he was shot down because of it.

It's not often you and I agree on something but this is one of them. I think his replacement was a much better choice as Gaetz would've been nothing but baggage heading into a new year and a new term
