Will Democrats claim Trump is "disqualified" on January 6, 2025?

Some months ago, Congressman Jamie Raskin spoke about how Democrats could potentially claim, under the 14th Amendment, that Trump was disqualified from office (and presumably deny certification of the election). He spoke about how it would create "civil war conditions".

Of course, he said it before the election ever occurred, and he probably thought that Trump would lose. Given Trump's resounding victory, does anyone think Democrats would dare try this stunt come January?

And it's good that you won't attack congress, neither would MAGA. Because as we know a mostly peaceful protest is far from an attack, especially as no weapons were wielded by one of the world's most armed populaces, only the most partisan hack or stooge would ever dare claim it was anything other than protest.

They’ve been trying to do that for 4 years, they just couldn’t get any of the charges to stick. 2 states even tries to illegally take him off the ballot, and they were forced to put him back on. They reason they went though all that legal stuff was to prevent him from running again, and when they failed, they tried to charge him with anything just to throw him in jail.
