By Election Day will DJT be able to vote?

Absentee voting and In-person voting will happen AFTER DJT's sentencing. As a convicted Felon and resident of Florida DJT can't vote for anyone.

For any other felony conviction in Florida, a person is eligible to register and vote if the person has completed all terms of his or her sentence. Completion of the sentence means:

Prison or jail time;

Parole, probation, or other forms of supervision; and
Payment of the total amount of all fines, fees, costs, and restitution ordered as part of the felony sentence.

Note: Such a person may alternatively apply to have his or her right to vote restored by the State Clemency Board.

A felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida only if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where the person was convicted.
An offense on which a person was not adjudicated guilty does not make a person ineligible to vote.
A misdemeanor conviction does not make a person ineligible to vote.

I think the vote margin between the two will be more important because it might be representative of down ballot weaknesses because of the strength of Vice-President Harris. DJT can't help himself nor anyone else.

I think the judge will go out of his way to avoid giving jail time for Trump to avoid helping Trump before the election and to avoid being seen as biased even if it's not true.

There is a song by Earth Wind & Fire that the DJT campaign is no longer allowed to play at his "ahem" rallys.

It is now the month of September and there are some lyrics that speak to DJT's current predicament that can be freely interpreted based on the current month and the legal quagmire DJT finds himself in:
