There’s no hook.
That judge unsealed the redacted Jack Smith files which revealed that the DOJ and NARA coordinated with the Biden Administration to send Trump an unsolicited pallet of classified documents that became illegal in transit to Mar-a-Lago.
In fact that's not what the ruling is based on.
The entire ruling said zero about whether or not documents were at his home. The entire thing rested on whether or not Garland could appoint a special prosecutor without the approval of Congress. Zero to do with the actual case.
This decision is definitely a weirdo outlier one.
No ones above the law. Fortunately Trump didn’t break the law like 90% of Democrats.
The same will happen once the NY cases reach legitimate courts.
