Trump’s statement was indeed correct...
...If you’re not allowed to speak ‘the whole truth’ than it’s not testifying.
Free speech is not what others determines it should be; otherwise, it’s not free speech.
This is another example of how the MSM distorts and twists things to align with their own narrative in order to push more propaganda for their brainwashed lemmings.
It’s no surprise that you zombies are still lacking the deduction and discernment necessary to comprehend anything. lol
From Trumps mouth:
After leaving the courtroom for the day on Thursday, Trump told reporters, “I’m not allowed to testify. I’m under a gag order. I guess, right?” He added, “I’m not allowed to testify, because this judge, who’s totally conflicted, has me under an unconstitutional gag order
Stop twisting his words into something that fits your delusional world of giant flags, ugly Chinese sneakers and unread bibles
And his statement was still correct.
If he’s only allowed to speak under certain conditions and only what they obligate and stipulate, than he is still 'gagged' … hence ‘not allowed to testify’.
There's nothing to twist, it's basic common sense of the obvious. CNN/MSNBC has rotted your brain.
He said he's "not allowed to testify"
This is false.
He can get on the witness stand and say whatever nonsense he wants.
But under cross examination he will perjure himself and possibly go to jail.
I look at the responses on this thread and others and it begs the question: Are there any Trumptwats who actually know what is protected by the First Amendment?
shareI wonder if any Biden Twats know what it means to live in a Dictatorship.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
