We trust doctors based on their ability to diagnose, if the diagnosis isn't clear or sometimes even if it is we go to a different physician. That's not the same thing as faith. If you trust someone who says he's a doctor who doesn't have a medical license and you don't meet him in a doctors office and you have no evidence that he has any experience whatsoever that would be faith. We trust doctors based on evidence that corroborates who they are and what they do. Faith is belief 'without' that evidence. So that's not the same thing right?
We don't have 'faith' that someone will stop at a red light. We have a reasonable expectation that they will stop based on a history of seeing them do so. That isn't believing without evidence either.

shareWell, I am not a religious person, but over the past years I have noticed that the Progressive Left seems to be embracing virtually everything that has traditionally been considered evil and counter to a positive way of life for humanity.
It's made me think that if Satan actually existed, what better way for him to corrupt masses of human souls than to hide behind the guise of Liberalism with its superficial altruistic pretensions, and use its message of tolerance to slowly push more and more outrageous, unpalatable things into acceptability?
Trump, right now, is a man that the Left seems to hate and fear beyond any other, as we can see by their desperate attempts to stop him. You can see how deep and virulent this hate and fear is simply by the reaction Leftists have when Trump is mentioned. It reminds me of a movie vampire faced with a crucifix. It goes way beyond normal political distaste. Conceivably, it could be caused by demonic possession, if such exists.
So at the very least, God's chosen warrior or not, Trump is a metaphoric champion of good against evil in his struggles with the Left.
