48 seems high for Pedo Joe, but this is at the beginning of his presidency where Presidents usually score the highest ratings of their presidency.

I'm remember a professor of mine telling the class someone actually tried this. The paper had one citation at the end, and the "bibliography" had only one listing: "My Head".
