Face it. Donald doesn't know what a tariff is.

There has been not one speech or remark or tweet (& let's face it, Donald does MOST of his communication with Americans from his toilet on Twitter) that shows #Donny2Scoops understands what tariffs are, who pays for them & that their ramifications are.

But like the GOP avid defenders of W, you stick with him even though its DEMONSTRABLE that he's a blooming idiot.

It's true - he has no idea what the long-term ramifications are when he decides to hit tariffs all over the place. He knows T-rumpanzees like the word 'tariff' (even though they have no idea what it means and how they work), so he throws them all over the place.

Then again, the self-described billionaire has no idea how the economy works, either - so should we be the least surprised?
