What's hard to comprehend--even about Trump--is that after his full "exoneration" by Bill "Fat Billy" Barr, Trump can't help but shoot himself in the foot again by going to war again against Obamacare and turning all the good will he got into negative opinion. As soon as it was reported his plan includes de-funding Medicare and no support for pre-existing conditions, he lost any gain the sham summary of the Mueller report bought him.
