Ditto for the New York Times, between 2015-2017ish he freely and happily gave interviews with the New York Times while simultaneously trashing them on twitter....

I especially liked how Trump schmoozed with MSNBC because Joe Scarborough wanted to be his running mate then Trump gave them the finger after the GOP decided they wanted Pence.
