Cohen didn't lie to Congress. Mueller did.

Here's Mueller telling the biggest lie of all. He's lying to Congress that Iraq needs to be killed because of WMDs (that don't exist). Mueller lied to Congress. Now again Mueller commits a crime by raiding Cohen's office violating attorney client privlidge, on a phony pretext. Then Mueller instructs Cohen to lie to Congress in exchange for a plea deal.

Mueller's leads come from illegal NSA surveillance. It's all inadmissible. His job is to do a sort of money laundering but with information instead of money, make it appear as if his information came from legitimate sources. He uses people like Cohen for that task.
