I have heard conflicting reports. Many media outlets had articles before the election about how Russia had already hacked it. But since the election there have been reports that they did not.
Has anyone asked if the CIA decided yet?
I heard they hacked the 2016 election. but I don't know about this one.

shareI would have to say yes on this one. There seems to be a lot of "lost" ballots for Republicans this year. I am hoping that Mueller will open a full investigation into this.
