Two liberal lies
I have been thinking about two patterns I see. The first one:
Liberals argue that Alex Jones doesn't believe what he say and is just doing it to make money selling stuff. Liberals also argue that the mainstream media isn't fake or doesn't have a biased agenda because it is just doing what advertisers want. So this same argument about making money is used against alternative media and in favor of mainstream media at the same time. It's obvious liberals don't actually believe it. I think what they actually believe is they don't know if Alex Jones is for real, but they know for sure that the media is far left and they just like toying with conservatives about it like an inside joke.
The second one is this claim I am still hearing long after the election that Hillary only lost because she didn't visit Michigan. This is absurd first of all because liberals belive Hillary should have won by a landslide. So they are lying when their excuse for losing is something that would have concerned a small handfull of votes. It doesn't attempt to explain why the election was as close as it was when it wasn't supposed to be close. But even worse than that it is a defense of Hillary and an attack on Michigan. You are saying that Michigan was not aware of how good Hillary was. It is a tactic to deflect from not accepting that Hillary had awful positions like pro-war or pro-NAFTA/TPP. Should Donald Trump have campaigned in San Francisco because they were just too dumb to know how much good he would do for them, because his campaign strategist made the oversight of forgetting to go there and tell them? It's a lie that I think liberals just aren't aware of because it's a lie they are telling themselves. We all do it. In this instance I think what it means is that they closet suporters of Hillary's policies like war. They are people who pick Hillary as a lesser evil. They are people who embrace evil.
