The Koch Brothers were Democrats under Bill Clinton and didn't switch until after. Now they switched again for Hillary Clinton which is no surprise. You guys have managed to attract all the pro-Iraq war people too.

If you look at the policies they support, they're Republican: anti-union; anti national health insurance; anti environment, pro big business; anti public transportation; anti social security medicare etc.
Trump doesn't need their money nor support, but the RNC does. Trump is against immigration and free trade which is what the Koch brothers support which is why they want to support a candidate who has a backbone.
