“I’m not a Republican and I don’t vote,” he said.

“But because I’ve been labeled as a Trump supporter … I’ve stopped appearing in public … because of the physical danger.”

If a “Blue Wave” appeared in November, and Democrats won the U.S. House and impeached the president, “I think it would be a dangerous situation for Trump supporters, wouldn’t you?” Adams observed.

“And I’m feeling like the best reason for Republicans to vote is they’re coming for you next. And they’re not hiding it. They’re coming for Trump right now, but they’re making it pretty clear they’re coming for Trump supporters next,” he said.

“The one and only way to protect yourself is to make sure they lose the election,” he concluded.

He speculated that the danger could actually motivate Republicans to vote because they would be “physically frightened … probably the safest thing you could do, if you’re a Republican, is to help get out the vote.”

No, didn't report this post and have no intention of doing so. Not a big fan of the individual you're talking about but there are a couple posters who add "kkk" in most of their posts....one using the term about democrats, the other using the term about republicans.

So now that I answered your question, how about answering mine. Are you really not able to make your point without using the "tard" suffix?

I'm not a moderator so if you're thinking I have the power to delete your post, you are wrong. I'm not sure if it's even reportable since I've seen a lot worse posts that stay on here.

So assuming your post is in no danger of being deleted, are you really not capable of making your point without using the "tard" suffix?

You actually didn't really answer my question which was whether you feel you can make your point without using the suffix "tard".

And who said you'll get an "electroshock" if you do? I flat out said I wasn't going to report you and not even sure if reporting you would do any good. Honestly it's depressing that you plan on stopping because you feel you have to and not because you realize it's the wrong way to go about your posts.

Not sure if you're familiar with any of my posts or not but I'm actually on the same side of the aisle as you. But I don't call names and I believe in just sticking to facts and treating people civilly....even if the favor is not returned. That's just me. Feel free to continue using "tard" or any other name and you won't be reported by me.

EDIT TO ADD: Didn't realize your post had been deleted. Wasn't me but the moderators may be watching this board more closely because there's a lot of nastiness here.

I don't think this website has more than one guy doing everything...it's a one-man band. And I think he keeps a close eye on this board because there's so many posts here they must fill up whatever kind of queue he looks at of current messages.

Still though, as insults go, I think using -tard is relatively tame and if THAT is going to be cause for a post deletion, it's a bit hypocritical, don't you think, that more profane language seems to be fair game. Personally, I'm in favor of ANYTHING being said because I consider internet message boards to be like an anonymous public wall that anything you want to throw against it should be allowed to stick. But I guess these days there's always someone crying offense who gets to spoil that notion.

I find it sad that in a conversation amongst adults, regardless of whether it's online/anonymous, they need to be told not to use terms like "tard". I learned it was wrong to call people that and why when I was in grade school. Until relatively recently retarded was the term used to describe individuals with a wide range of developmental disorders and it should make you feel grimy to use that as a go to insult for those you disagree with (regardless of what they may say about you). The ironic thing is that most of the people that truly have special needs are a lot nicer and civil than many of the people posting here.

What you don't seem to understand is that you are hurting your argument by setting your standard of conduct so low. Doesn't matter if your posts are factual if it's buried under a slew of insults, because that's what gets the attention, not any well reasoned argument you might actually have. One of my favorite political quotes of all time came from Michelle Obama when she said "When they go low, we go high." That shouldn't be a partisan message, it should just be something every decent person strives for.

If you go to a blue/leftist/socialist city in the US right now, with an American flag on your vehicle, dressed like a conservative/duty-oriented straight man, let alone with a Confederate or Trump flag and as Veteran, you will get insulted and attacked in rioting if not 'lynched'. You're already pretty discriminated against as a straight white male as it is.

Most well-intentioned men in the country who stand for freedom have no idea that in fact, we no longer have freedom and this country is controlled by a leftist tyranny. Our predecessors went to war over a 10% tax. A 10% tax is considered tyrannical by free Christian civilization.

For the record, I'm not encouraging action against the government.

But that is what the 2nd amendment is for. To preserve freedoms which we no longer have and which the Trump admin is working towards to some degree, but which the Demokkk-rats/liberals are tearing down.

I live in a blue state and I see my share of Trump bumper stickers and they don't seem to be given any problems. Most people are live and let live with ordinary citizens.

Also I'm a straight white male living in a blue state and I also don't feel discriminated against in the least. Assuming you're also a straight white male, how exactly have you personally been discriminated against?

Actually Adams is probably right - Pence will be worse than T-rump. I recall Omarosa saying this on "Big Brother" back in February. She said (on national TV) Pence talks to Jesus every day and believes he receives divine intervention directly from Jesus Christ. She's an ordained conservative minister - and believes there's something wrong with him.

So if he believes Christ is telling him to do something drastic like kill babies, he will. T-rumpsters will rejoice.
