Fake News: Iconic Crying Migrant Girl Was Never Separated from Mother, Says Father

http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2018/06/21/fake-news-iconic-crying-migrant-girl-was-never-separated-from-mother-says-father/

The father of the tearful two-year-old Honduran migrant girl who became the face of the “family separation” news coverage says that his young daughter was never actually separated from her mother when caught by U.S. Border Patrol.

White House correspondent Saagar Enjeti said the interview with the father shows that the family was never separated by government officials, as portrayed by the media. Enjeti observed that his wife came to the U.S. for economic reasons, not fear of violence, and the he was unhappy with her for taking his little girl on very dangerous journey.

Father of the now famous photo of the little girl crying says his wife/child were never separated at any time by authorities, that his wife was seeking a job (not fleeing violence), and that he is upset w/ her for taking his child on the dangerous journey.

Facebook says it is in the midst of a fight against “fake news” on its platform, but has allowed activists to raise nearly $20 million for migrants using a photo that is incorrectly said to show a daughter being separated from her mother.

She's clearly a symbol of the thousands that are separated.

I would want to hear the mother's side of the story though. It sounds odd that she would leave all her other children behind. Not even a good-bye? And where did she get $6,000 to give to coyotes? And how come he knows the exact amount and that she gave it to coyotes as opposed to just keeping it for a new life in America? Did he really not know especially if he was the one to give her the money? I'd wait a few days for the rest of the story. This one sounds very incomplete.

Anyway, a few days ago I saw the father being interviewed on Univision TV so it wasn't really a secret. The article on their website dated June 18, 2018 mentions the same re: the photograph:

"...evidencia el drama de la separación de familias inmigrantes en la frontera. Aunque en este caso, la niña nunca fue separada de su madre."
...evidence of the separation drama of immigrant families on the border. Although in this case, the child was never separated from her mother.

No secret.

The Spanish language news is more graphic with the images and giving more information than the English news which is tame in comparison.

Breitbart News - anyone looking for serious journalism isn’t turning to them.

You should link the other articles within that cancerous site as well else people won't really click (well besides Trump voters). I was hesitant at first but finally clicked it then saw the other articles of proof from Buzzfeed (another cancerous site) and DailyMail.

reply

So you can't dispute the daily mail interview?

reply

Eh, not disputing anything. I just know Breibart and BuzzFeed are cancerous sites in general is all if not bias towards one side. Not disputing the claim though cause it seems legit from the research done. I don't know enough about Daily Mail to give an opinion of that site itself.

Oh btw, are you able to find a clip of this guy (excuse the TYT referral)? I can't find more about him or the whole event topic of when he speaks, I find him hilarious.

Daily Mail has long had a reputation as being a sensationalized tabloid, along the lines of National Enquirer. Take their credibility for what that’s worth.

Just google "crying migrant girl" today. Even WashPost and HuffPost agree, while fake news CNN ignores it. Doggy Shit denies reality.

SARAH SANDERS BLASTS MEDIA OVER FAKE STORY OF CRYING MIGRANT GIRL http://dailycaller.com/2018/06/22/white-house-crying-girl-time-cover/

It’s shameful that dems and the media exploited this photo of a little girl to push their agenda. She was not separated from her mom. The separation here is from the facts. Dems should join POTUS and fix our broken immigration system. #ChangetheLawshttps://t.co/Y6KrTp4Ulk

This is the second photo the demokkkrat media has used that has been proven to be fake. Along with their fake “audio”. And fake headlines claiming the 1997 separation policy was “Trumps policy”.

This is the result when you have the demokkkrat political party/media totally void of ideas and solutions. Just obsessive hate.
