Let's not forget other accomplishments by the EPA the first year under Scotty Pruitt, all of which were paid for by tax payers dollars, and were in violation of ethics rules:

1. Favored employees were given improper pay raises signed off by EPA chief Pruitt.

2. Spent over $100,000 on first-class travel, excluding use of military aircraft. Most of those trios were to fly back to Oaklahoma.

3. Took his staff on a $100,000 vacation to Morrocco, partly funded by a key lobbyist.

4. Took a $120,000 trip to Italy, with a private tour of the Vatican and dinner with Cardinal George Pell, the Vatican treasurer who's been under investigation for sexual abuse.

5. Installed a $43,000 soundproof phone booth in his office.

6. Spent $9,000 sweeping Pruitt’s office for listening bugs and installing biometric locks.

7. Lived in a luxurious exclusive DC condo for only $50 per night for a period of six months, owned by a friend with ties to being a lobbyist. Was late with the rent practically each month.

8. Requested 24/7 security guards starting on his first day in office, which employs 20 people and costing taxpayers $3.5m in Pruitt's first year. Pruitt defended his 'need' for security detail in such high-risk zones as Disneyland and the Rose Bowl parade.

9. Pruitt had an agency staffer contact Dan Cathy, an executive at the fast food chain Chick-fil-A, over a “potential business opportunity” which turned out to be a franchise opportunity in Oklahoma for his wife, causing staff members to quit shortly after.

I'll stop at 9, like the OP did. I won't mention having his staffer negotiate a deal to buy a used T-rump mattress or spending $70,000 to replace to ioffice desks. I won't even mention the nearly $1600 he billed taxpayers for on 12 customized silver pens. Nope, not going to mention those.

Drain the swamp was just another empty campaign slogan. Trump's people are some of the most corrupt and wasteful of any administration in history.

“7 Promote science transparency”

This needs to be hammered. The climate change religion is a disgrace. It completely ignores the scientific method opting for faith.

Along with scientific transparency there’s needs to be university transparency. When’s the last time they had to explain or justify their outrageous tuition fees that bury people in debt for half their lives. All so kids can get a degree in cultural awareness and get a job at Starbucks. Where they’ll be re-educated in cultural awareness.

The scientific method--and the people that respect its use--all say that the facts support climate change...that is, it's getting warmer, the temps are going up, and the ice is melting.

Listening to idiots who deny it is putting faith on the word of greedy morons who want to hang on to THEIR way of doing things so they don't have to spend any of their outrageous profits making the planet healthy.

You know plenty of those "greedy morons," dontcha? Just look in the mirror and you'll see one.

reply

All those scientists telling us its getting warmer are just ignoring the scientific method? I don't think so. It makes sense that all the crap we are dumping into the atmosphere would have an effect on climate.

Is this satire?

Aside from 2 & kind of 7, these sound like the wet dreams of the fossil fuel industry, not the EPA.

reply

No, unfortunately, that fool is serious. He's one of the resident Trump butt-kissers on this site.
