Not that Trump ever gave two shits about saving Chinese jobs when he vowed Sunday to help China's ZTE Corp “get back into business, fast” by making an exception for ZTE.

It's because China had pledged 500 million in funding to a Trump property in Indonesia.

This is precisely why there is an emoluments clause in the law that Republicans in congress allow Trump to blatantly violate with impunity.

It's to prevent the president from SELLING OUT THE FOREIGN POLICY OF THE US in order to line his own pockets.

It's hard to see how Republicans stand for anything anymore except for being pro-corruption.

The whole "pro-business" party is code for their shameless support for entitlement spending for corporations in the form of tax breaks and subsidies.

He's helping them cause he probably has some business there in China. Why would he want to help someone that helped fund/support Iran in their terrorist activities if not in tech by selling it to them? So much for AMERICA FIRST! AMERICA FIRST!

What happens when you have a corrupt business man as president. You know what I find hilarious? US could be just as corrupt as China if not worse. I mean most of the people he's approved/hired have left within a year or less after being caught doing unlawful things. I wish I was rich, it's so easy to manipulate the peasants.

Exactly. The only thing the corrupt businessman cares about is using the presidency to increase the size of his wallet.

Anyone who ever believed he cared about anything else is seriously gullible, stupid, or both.
