Mueller focused on Kushner these days
While John Kelly wanders the halls of the West WIng wondering what Jared Kushner does all day (along with his wife Ivanka), we know what special counsel Robert Mueller is doing: zeroing in on Kushner's business dealings with individuals from the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey, and China, as well as Russia.
Sources say Mueller is particularly interested in Kushner's dealings to secure financing for his family's property 666 Fifth Avenue, which is sinking in debt to the tune of $1.2 billion. Even though Kushner supposedly divested his interest in the property when he joined the White House last year, he still “retained the vast majority of his interest in Kushner Companies,” which owns the property.
Kushner met with a many foreign officials during the T-rump transition last year, as his family struggled to find a financial life raft to stay afloat. Mueller is very concerned whether these foreigners had any influence over T-rump's policy decisions. It's been reported that at least four of the countries he met with tried to manipulate Kushner in his role as senior adviser.
On Monday, Kushner and his wife entertained FOX reporter Geraldo Rivera at T-rump's favorite get-away Mar-A-Lago. They had tea in the afternoon, and even took selfies.
