More questions arise over Melania's 'extraordinary' Green Card

As T-rump is trying to cut down on 'chain migration', DACA, and other forms of immigration policies in America, more and more questions are popping up on how his wife Melania secured her green card back in 2001 while dating him.

The Slovenian model petitioned the government in 2000, after first meeting businessman T-rump in Manhattan. Melania Knavs was still starting out as a model in the USA at the time, with a Camel cigarettes ad and a photo in the Swimsuit issue of 'Sports Illustrated' of her hugging a whale to her credit. Yet in March 2001 she was granted the green card from the 'elite EB-1 program'.

The exclusive EB-1 program was nicknamed the 'Einstein visa', as it was designed for extraordinary accomplishments such as academic researchers, multinational business executives or those in other fields, such as Olympic athletes and Oscar-winning actors, who demonstrated “sustained national and international acclaim.” Of the 1M+ green cards which were issued in 2001, less than 3400 were 'EB-1' cards, and Melania scored one of them. But how?

Bruce Morrison, a former Congressman who's committee wrote the Immigration Act of 1990 defining EB-1 says Melania's 'portfolio' and the requirements for an EB-1 card don't match at all. Only 5 people from Slovenia received an EB-1, and Melania was one of those five with “extraordinary ability,” according to government statistics.

David Leopold, an immigration lawyer and a past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, has more questions about how the former model got EB-1 status.

“What did she submit? There are a lot of questions about how she procured entry into the United States.”

Another person very familiar with the program said the “quintessential award you want to put on the application is Nobel Prize.” It's almost positively proven Melania didn't win that award.

Tired of Russia winning.
