Tired of winning: Bye Bye Hope Hicks!
Looks like Hope Hicks is exhausted from winning. The 29-year-old top adviser to T-rump, is leaving the White House. Hicks, who's been on the radar since her affair with wife-beater Rob Porter came to light a few weeks ago, gave her resignation today and will be leaving T-rump's Big Top in the next week or two.
Said T-rump, “Hope is outstanding and has done great work for the last three years. She is as smart and thoughtful as they come, a truly great person. I will miss having her by my side but when she approached me about pursuing other opportunities, I totally understood. I am sure we will work together again in the future.”
Sources say those 'other opportunities' could be jail time, as she's now also a primary target in the Mueller investigation. Hicks admitted during her eight-hour testimony before the House Intelligence Committee that Trump sometimes required her to tell “white lies.”
However, Mueller is more interested in what Mark Corallo, who served as a spokesman on Trump’s legal team up until his resignation last July, is planning to tell Mueller about a 'secret 3-3-way phone call' he had with T-rump and Hicks. Corallo claims on the phone call Hicks told T-rump that Don Jr's e-mails about a meeting in Trump Towers with a Russian lawyer "will never get out" - suggesting to Corallo she was 'contemplating obstruction of justice'. Corallo resigned right after.
In 2014, Hicks was working for Ivanka Trump on her clothing line. A year later, T-rump asked her to be his press secretary on the campaign, even though she lacked political experience. After the inauguration, she was promoted to ' director of strategic communications.' When 'The Mooch' was fired after a few days as 'interim communications director' last July , Hicks moved into that job. She became permanent communications director last September.
Tired of Russia winning.
