I haven't been able to find out if he is indeed seeking a nomination from the Democratic party. Other than that, I believe Kneier is qualified to compete for a slot on the ballot.
All is not lost.
Im on the east coast and never heard of Kneier. I’d like to think im pretty on top of national politics. It’s not impossible, Obama arrived on the scene very quickly. As of now Kneier does not have broad name recognition. A quick google search shows he’s famous for a scandal involving dog poop. The press would eat that up. Probably shouldn’t run we can do better.
