You mean the same small people with multiple sock accounts just arguing with themselves and/or supporting themselves?
If it's more than 30%...that's just depressing and another reason why there should be mandatory psych evaluations before allowing people to vote,.
c'mon man. read 5 posts in a row and tell me that any of those "people" (in case they aren't all the same person) isn't insane enough to do that.
