Bannon to testify in front of Grand Jury!

Whoops! Looks like un-employed 'Sloppy' Steve Bannon's empty calendar is filling up fairly quickly for 2018....

He's visiting Capitol Hill today, testifying before the House Intelligence Committee in their investigation to 'Russian interference' with the 2016 election, and possible collusion with T-rump and Associates. For T-rump's sake, let's hope those pesky investigators took T-rump at his word, when he said Bannon "lost his mind". I'm sure he'll be talking about that 'treasonous' meeting Donnie Diapers had at T-rump Towers.

His dance card is filling up, as news broke that Bannon will be testifying in front of the Grand Jury pretty soon. Special counsel Robert Mueller subpoenaed the former White House chief strategist last week. Let's hope he sings like a canary as they 'crack him open like an egg'. Jared Kushner better watch his back....

So Bannon 'got instructions from the White House' that ANY - ANY - CONVERSATION he had within the Walls of the White House is covered under 'executive privilege' ; so he would not answer any questions....unlike how he freely answered questions for Michael Wolff.

The conversation he had with T-rump? 'Executive privilege'.
The conversation he had with Ivanka and Jared? 'Executive privilege'.
The conversation he had with the pastry chef? 'Executive privilege'.

So who was the exec in the WH? It looks like Bannon, after all.

Have no fear - the Congressional Intelligence Committee is bringing him back in, and if he doesn't cooperate he will face 'contempt of congress'. What a wonderful day to be in Washington, DC.

Wait....not even 3 weeks ago when the book first came out and Bannon was outed as being anti-Trump Jr. and anti-Kuschner, the President issued a statement wherein he clearly said “Steve Bannon has nothing to do with me or my presidency,”....if this is true, executive privilege is out the door....aside from the fact that it does not apply to EX white house staffers.

This is like when Don Jr claimed "attorney client privilege" because there was a lawyer in the room.

OMG, I forgot all about that! LOL

Well the story is now that Bannon will cooperate with Mueller, and will sing like a canary to the GJ.

And to think less than a month ago, T-rump's attorneys were meeting with Mueller to 'bring good news to the President' before the New Year. I guess it wasn't news he wanted to hear, after all.
