Trump investigated for mishandling classified documents and discussions

House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz (a republican) has launched an investigation into whether Trump and White House officials mishandled classified information while at dinner with Prime Minister Abe at the club at Mar-a-Lago. Photos later turned up on Facebook that showed them using flashlights on unsecured cell phones to review documents. The wait staff and guests at other tables possibly overheard their conversations.

Chaffetz said, "discussions with foreign leaders regarding international missile tests, and documents used to support those discussions, are presumptively sensitive," and gave a deadline date of Feb. 28 for the White House to respond.

Yes, despite your simple-minded belittling, you're actually correct on this point. The Dems in the House will actually DO THEIR JOBS and make sure the corruption of the Trump administration is dragged out into the light. If the Republicans in Congress actually possessed a spine--and a conscience--they'd do their jobs, too, and practice oversight instead of bowing down to kiss Trump's ass.

No for real if anyone actually have something on the president then pull that card and have him impeached already. Put up or shut up. We've just come to learn that these investigations are not accomplishing anything. The media keeps trying to give the impression that trumps days are numbered yet nothing happens and now I'm convinced that thats never going to happen based on howmany times we were led to believe a bombshell was gonna be dropped.

If you were really paying attention and not looking through rose-colored partisan eyeglasses, you'd see there is plenty of dirt already uncovered on the President...but it all ties in first with the subordinate people around him that Mueller and the other investigations are indicting first because, when you're going after the boss of a crime family, you don't start with cases against the big fish...first you catch the smaller fry in his orbit and use them to build a case against him.

Trumpie's days ARE numbered, so be careful what you wish for. The real fun is yet to come.

It's not a strawman, it's called an analogy. It's pretty obvious. To me this highlights why you like trump, he makes things super simple so you can understand them.

Clinton is not president, your orange Freakshow is. Also Clinton sat through how many hours of testimony for Benghazi? And nothing! But a couple of hours to investigate impropriety in the highest office is seen as outrageous.....

Its a straw man in that it literally means "If your gonna complain about clintons emails then your also arguing killing one guy is ok since you didn't kill two." I never said anything like that which is the definition of a straw man.
And I don't like trump. He's an asshole but you guys keep blowing smoke up every one's asses when you keep acting like these investigations will ever get him removed from office. We've heard this all before and were still waiting for charges to be filed. I'm pretty sure trump is as dirty as he's being made out to be so I'm just baffled why nothing seems to be happening to him.
