The irony of scapegoating Trudeau

Now that Trudeau is resigning, no one can blame him for everything anymore, so we see the irony of making a scapegoat for all your problems.

They do the same thing with Trump. Blame Trump for everything. And I'm the biggest Trump hater there is, but you can't blame him for EVERY single problem in the world.

But people do. Because people need a scapegoat. So in all their anger and frustration, they make Trump into that scapegoat. Making him the face of all their problems. The irony is people in Canada and around the globe do the exact same thing with Trudeau now.

Problem is, Trudeau will be out of office in months. That's a guarentee. Then who are you going to blame?

Are we going to face the real problems of the world? Of course not. We will look for more scapegoats. Because that's what's easy.

He gave a standing ovation to a Nazi in Parliament.

No one will forget that.

reply

Elon Musk is a literal Nazi. So what's your point?

reply

A literal Nazi. Uh huh.

reply

Musk is a literal neo-nazi, he doesn't even hide it.

Trump had Mein Kampf at his bedside according to his ex wife. He also doesn't seem to care that the USA fought against the Nazis, and his dad Fred Trump (Drumpf) was in the KKK. So Trump is an actual original nazi.

Musk is just a neo-nazi. Sort of nazi wannabe, or nazi light. Trump is just full on, Hitler quoting "Fourth Reich" level Nazi.

reply

Say Nazi one more time and I think you win a prize.

You can do it, we have faith in you.

reply

Nazi?

reply

You get to be remembered as someone who supported Trudeau Jr.

Now mind you there have been better prizes awarded at this site, but that's what you deserve.

reply

....K?

reply

No returns.

reply

Try harder. No one falls for that anymore.

reply

The funny part is he probably doesn't even know that Hunka was a "literal Nazi".

reply

It's baffling that so many people shout Nazi and Fascist at Trump, Musk, etc. when those two are spearheading a move that is aggressively attacking the Fascist elements in our government. People like Chumbawampa almost certainly support the political party that advocates many policies that mirror those of the Nazis, and yet decry Nazism at every turn, and falsely accuse Trump of doing all the things their own side is doing.

"Are we going to face the real problems of the world? Of course not. We will look for more scapegoats. Because that's what's easy."

Been like that since forever.
The human ego doesn't like the idea of being wrong, therefore the bigger someones ego the more likely they will look for scapegoats.
Facing the real problems of the world, i.e. the fact that the worlds GDP divided by population gives only about $1,000 per person and month and therefore anyone who has more than $1,000 per month must mean there's someone else who has less, is for people in the western world plain unthinkable.
How likely will someone who makes millions a month be willing to realize there must be millions of people somewhere in the world living from less than $1 per day, just to even out the average to this one billionaire?
It's so much easier to insist that these poor people are just too lazy.
