Why oh why oh why?
She's signed up to star in Two and a Half Men as Charlie's Lesbian Daugther?
Can she not see a sinking ship? Why get on board?

shareIt is a joke of a show and an utter embarrassment. My guess is - they offered a lot of money to be on it.

Agreed re: the train wreck that is this show
(there seems to be so little to respect about Lorre other than the low bar demographic that he seems to have cornered the market on pandering to)
After JOA and the incredible writing and story telling of Barbara Hall as well as
House Both being instances of some of the best writing recent TV has provided
This is a huge disappointment

That Show sucks ass!
When there's no more room in hell, The dead will walk the earth...
2 mill,if she gets what that guy would have for 5 shows would have.
shareThat show is total crap. I've lost a little respect for her, hearing that she's going to be on it.
The pilot she did for CBS didn't get picked up by A&E after CBS passed, and indie films don't pay well. That is part of the problem with the pilot system. The networks make over a 100 pilots for shows at the same time and very good actors end up needing work, after a show doesn't get picked up. I could see her playing the female lead in The Blacklist for example.
Why? Because she can play Charlier Harper as well as or better than Charlie Sheen did. OK, she's got indoor plumbing and they changed the name. Still the same character. That's actually pretty difficult--we've seen Kathy Bates, who is a superb actress, try it and not quite pull it off. I think Amber actually nailed it.
Whether the public is ready for a lesbian Charlie Harper is another story.
