Simply put, the lady is simply bad-A$$! My favorite scenes in the movie are during the battle. She is elegant, beautiful, graceful, and chic, while at the same time cruel. The method in which she embodies all of these things is simply phenomenal! No better person in the WORLD for this part! I still watch the movie at least once every 3 months with my kids and they are now 17 and 20 years old. It NEVER gets old! On a scale of 1 to 10 she definitely gets a 10 in my book!

I Highly agree! She was the best part of that film By Far! Great and Entertaining Villain! Great Actress!

This might shock some people, butt up until very recently, I actually mistook her for Cate Blanchett in the part! But, now that I know a bit more about each actress, I don't think I could ever confuse the two.

Agreed, they should throw her a pile of money to get her for Narnia's 4th movie, The Silver Chair
