I know he used to do quite a bit of singing on SNL -- from those bar-buddies / "You know what this song reminds me of?" sketches and Jon Bovi to musical impressions like Harry Connick Jr. and Adam Lambert.
One of the first Digital Shorts on there (after "Lettuce" and "Lazy Sunday") was him doing a song called "Young Chuck Norris":
